Two Minds Behind Our Three Cents
We’re Beulah and Hannah – just two regular women. One day, we gazed around our living spaces, and realized that we both have a lot of stuff that’s supposed to make us healthier: dumbbells, vitamins, cardio machines – the list goes on. But did all of these health and fitness products actually improve our daily lives? We’re here to find out.

About Our Old Stuff
We decided to take a closer look at our wellness clutter. Many of the health and wellness products we review on Our Three Cents are things we already own. We’re “reviewing” each item in terms of both looking again, and also appraising it. Through this process, we learn if we should re-stock these wellness products, or if we should give them up. Then we can share our thoughts, to reduce waste overall.
About Our New Stuff
We also review new products on Our Three Cents. However, we don’t have the budget to buy just to try, so the new items we test are things we actually need or want.

What Makes Us Different, Makes Us Better Together
We have very different health habits and histories. This means that we don’t always agree on wellness. Instead, we discuss – and that discussion is the bedrock of our health product reviews.

“Health is an outfit that looks different on everybody.”

While most of the health goods we review are geared toward all types of consumers, health is a very personal thing – the most personal thing.
For example, as women, we’re going to use more products specifically designed for women’s health and wellness.
Think of this review site as a community space. These reviews are conversations between us and with you.
We encourage everyone to join in the discussion below each wellness, health, fitness review. Do you hate the shoes that we loved? Tell us why!
Sharing our differences will enable us all to become better-informed consumers.
Let’s Talk About Health Products
We aren’t doctors or experts. We don’t want to tell our readers what to buy. Instead, we talk about how we feel about each product and let y’all decide for yourselves.

The Method
We personally test every single product. Our health and wellness product reviews cover everything from cost to performance, but we never give a score. Instead, we express how we feel about the product with a simple emoji – because making us feel better is the whole point of health products, after all.

Thoughtful Reviews for Everyday People
We’re everyday people, so we test products that normal folks can access and afford. Purchases are investments, so we’re not here to just give our mere two cents. Instead, we write detailed reviews that we’re confident in – Our Three Cents – because we test everything on this site with our own bodies.
