For us, fitness + nutrition + athletics = well-being. It’s a happy circle, hence all the circles on this wellness product review site. Feeling good motivates us to keep playing sports, getting fit, and eating well. Then we rinse off the sweat, get a good night’s sleep, and repeat.
Health products and wellness programs keep this cycle going. We realized that as we both get older, good health requires regular maintenance. As our bodies breakdown, we need to rely more on actively using OTC wellness products and gadgets.
