HANNAH: With all of these fitness tools and health gadgets reviews, we’ve spent a lot of time learning about wellness. Now we’re imparting our knowledge. The Zone is the spot for fitness tips and workout wisdom designed to get you started on your own athletic and healthy living journey.

Real-World Fitness Tips

We know a thing or three about our respective sports. Beulah is a Level 1 ICC-Certified Coach and Umpire, and she’ll be sharing her in-depth cricket knowledge of batting, bowling, and fielding drills for different levels of cricket players.

I’ve been running and racing for 30 years, so I’ll focus on running fitness tips and workout routines for middle-to-long-distance athletes.

For what we don’t know, we’re bringing guest athlete experts into the Training Zone to share their fitness tips. For example, Hannah’s Dad has coached track & field and cross-country for 40 years, and was a world-class track athlete waaay back in the day.

Recover in the Zone

We also know many things about rehab and recovery. As aging, multi-sport athletes, injuries are inevitable – and we’ve gotten very good at a range of recovery techniques. Luckily for y’all, we tend to get different injuries, so we’ll be covering a lot of the body with rehab exercise routines.

Fitness Tips for Your Routine

Fitness is a commitment, so we’re also giving fad fitness routines the old college try before you do. We’ll let you know if they’re even worth your time and money. Spoiler alert: we think free workouts are the best workouts and the easiest to stick to over the long-term.

We also try to keep things simple. We’ve distilled our fitness tips into easy-to-digest videos and articles. If you want more detailed workout plans and field-tested fitness routines, we’re working on those guides as we speak!

I find that there’s nothing better than the feeling after a run (before the run is a different story). No matter what happens, I can go through my day knowing that I chose maximum movement while I still can. Let’s get you there too.
